As an entrepreneur, I always had a burning desire to start my own business where I could implement all my ideas and techniques with full freedom. While I was happy working for the success of other companies, I felt a strong pull to pursue my own vision. After experiencing some difficulties with my previous ventures, I founded do N key Deliveries. It is a business that connects people and local businesses within a city to help everyone thrive.

Formation and Ideas

Formation:

Building do N key Deliveries was not an easy task. It took seven years of patience, failures and hard work to get to where we are today.  

'do N key Deliveries' dives into the evolving needs of transportation and delivery. I noticed a gap in the market and set out to provide efficient solutions for bike taxis and deliveries while lifting up local entrepreneurs.

Founder:
I'm Kesav Vipradoss, the visionary behind 'do N key Deliveries,' all about transforming local transportation. Navigating challenges, I crafted a model focusing not only on convenience but also on grassroots economic empowerment.

'do N key' Company History:
Starting in 2018 as Donkey Cargo, we tried organizing logistics by listing lorry transport services based on distance. Challenges hit hard as we heavily relied on third-party services, leading to financial crises and misunderstandings with vendors.
Adapting to the bumps, we shifted to internal development, introducing hyperlocal delivery software with three initial business partners. We thrived in Madurai until the pandemic hit, causing a two-year hiatus and a partnership breakup. Post-pandemic, I hit a low point, considering quitting my dream due to the impossibility of running operations solo. However, inspired by the quote "We live by each other and for each other. Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much - Helen Keller," I decided to revive my operations by teaming up with Prime Business Partners.
Maintaining a solid delivery rating since 2018, we recently rebranded to 'do N key' and launched a new app, expanding services to multiple cities, from tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, tier 4, towns and villages. The app's dream? 'One app, traveling all over India on pollution-free bikes.'

Patent Application:
'do N key Deliveries' keeps evolving, adding services like cabs, auto-rickshaws, etc., to elevate your experience. Plus, we've applied for a patent, showing our commitment to pioneering advances in Empowering Local Entrepreneurs: Taxi and delivery industry.

In addition to do N key Deliveries, I am also the founder of No Toxic Matrimony, a matrimony service that helps people understand each other better before connecting. Rather than focusing on greed and materialistic expectations, we prioritize character, mindset, and attitude when it comes to marriage.
